SENCHA JAPAN - GREEN TEA

This tea comes from Shizuoka in the Fujiyama Mountains, where most Japanese teas are produced. This "Sencha" is hand-picked in the summer. Stems and broken pieces are removed manually. "Sencha" means "steamed tea." These teas are carefully processed and lightly steamed before being rolled and dried. This gives the leaves a thin, fragile structure. The infusion is characterized by an olive green color. The flavor is characterized by an intense aftertaste, ideal for those who love "strong" green teas. INGREDIENTS: Sencha green tea. ORIGIN: Japan – Fukujyu. INFUSION: (temperature 70/80 degrees, 2/3 minutes, 3 g of leaves per 100 ml of water)
