A blend of 100% Arabica coffee of the highest quality. Round and smooth, with low acidity and a good body, enveloping and persistent. A coffee that does not disappoint the most refined palates and will also appeal to those accustomed to more full-bodied coffees. A flavor of maple syrup, cane sugar, and blueberry. FULL DESCRIPTION We studied for many months how to create a balanced coffee that is not complicated to drink. A coffee that has all the characteristics of Specialty Coffees, without being extreme like some of them can be. Balance. We researched many coffees, and we arrived at the creation of La Dolce Vita, a tribute to Italianness, sweetness, and a decisive yet pleasant flavor. We used our famous Brazilian Mantiquera Rubi Natural Coffee as a base, combining the sweetness of Colombian Huila Washed and finally the aromatic part of Ethiopian Shakiso Natural.
