This washed coffee, carefully grown at the Sítio Sossego farm, reveals a cup of rare finesse for this origin. The soft notes are elegantly expressed, giving it a chocolaty and fruity dimension.
Processed using the washed method, this lot enhances the aromatic purity of the Minas Gerais terroir, where the plantation is located. This method, still relatively uncommon in Brazil—where natural coffees dominate—allows this microlot to showcase all its varietal delicacy and structure.
Sítio Sossego, literally "place of tranquility", is a small family-run farm dedicated to producing specialty coffee. Through rigorous cultivation, fermentation, and drying practices, the farm achieves a clean, delicate, and complex aromatic profile—far removed from the clichés of classic Brazilian coffee.
