With Vivid, Jamison creates a remarkably balanced coffee, vibrant in clarity and complexity.
The cherries, picked at peak ripeness, are first placed whole into stainless steel tanks saturated with CO₂, where they macerate for over 50 hours. This controlled carbonic maceration enhances intense aromatic expression and a distinctive fruity profile. Midway through the process, the cherries are pulped, then the beans are washed and slowly shade-dried.
The cup result: a perfect fusion of fruity intensity, purity, and floral elegance. All the finesse of the Panamanian terroir.
