This exceptional washed coffee from the Ethiopian highlands highlights local varieties 74110 and 74112, renowned for their floral expression and aromatic complexity.
Grown at high altitude and processed using the washed method, it offers a cup of great clarity and beautifully defined aromas.
On the palate, the attack is lively and refreshing, supported by an acidity reminiscent of lemon zest. The body is light, revealing juicy notes of apricot and a delicate touch of white flowers on the finish.
