ARISTOBUL RAYO [GESHA WASHED]
SPECIALTY COFFEE
Tasting notes: Guava – Mandarin – Almond
This coffee, grown on the sunny slopes of the La Llama estate by the passionate Los Rodríguez family, reveals all the uniqueness of the Java variety through a natural process.
In the cup, it offers a beautiful aromatic complexity with a juicy opening of guava and mandarin, followed by a sweet finish with hints of almond.
A round and elegant coffee, typical of the terroirs of Caranavi, Bolivia's emblematic coffee region.
La Llama – Bolivia
Finca La Llama, owned by the Rodríguez family, is located at 1,650 meters of altitude among the lush mountains of Villa Rosario.
La Llama is the highest farm of the Los Rodríguez group.
Thanks to a unique microclimate and extraordinary biodiversity, it produces exceptional coffees through slow and careful maturation.
Inspired by a llama encountered during their first visit, the Agricafé team turned this farm into a symbol of resilience, quality, and sustainability.
